Slim majorities mean legislators have a bipartisan climate mandate

  • Energy innovation and natural climate solutions are two solutions that enjoy bipartisan support and should be pursued in the next Congress.
  • Policymakers should also look for ways to bolster domestic energy production to reduce emissions and deliver energy security and relief to consumers.
