Biden rollback of permitting reform is making his own energy goals impossible

  • Trump’s reforms streamlined the permitting  and review process of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), allowing America to build cleaner and faster.
  • Rather than increasing regulatory hurdles, the Biden administration should reduce restrictions to allow the private sector to thrive.
