- Earthshot Ventures is the latest climate venture capital fund to launch this year and is backed by Microsoft, Tom Steyer, and other hardware and software companies.
- The fund, which has $60 million in assets, will invest in entrepreneurs and technologies that deploy solutions for communities that are most affected by climate change.
- The launching of this venture fund shows that capitalism is environmentalism.
