Ben Geman of Axios reports that U.S. clean power is seeing record growth.
- Newly released industry data from the American Clean Power Association has found that the U.S. added over 9,000 megawatts of clean power in the first half of this year – a 17% increase over the first half of 2020.
- Battery storage capacity in 2021 has also grown, with the amount added in 2021 already coming close to total capacity added in 2020.
- Clean energy is expected to continue its massive growth in the years ahead.
