President Trump on Monday signed an executive order establishing the “Genesis Mission,” a new endeavor to expand AI resources for scientific research.
The Genesis Mission, which the administration is comparing to the Apollo program that sent Americans to the moon in the late 1960s, seeks to create an integrated AI platform that brings together federal datasets, computing resources and AI tools to boost scientific discovery.
