NextEra doubles down on green hydrogen, other renewables

  • Florida-based NextEra Energy is planning to build a 500 megawatt wind project to provide power to a hydrogen-fuel cell company.
  • In 2021 alone NextEra has added close to 6,000 megawatts of clean energy to its portfolio.
  • The private sector is voluntarily finding ways to advance clean energy solutions.
