Largest U.S. biofuels producer pledges carbon neutrality by 2050

Stephanie Kelly of Reuters reports that POET, the largest U.S. biofuels producer, has pledged to be net neutral by 2050.

The C3 Take
  • Short term, the company will look to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 70% compared to gasoline by 2030, up from the current 46%.
