Ben Geman reports on Axios that Jeep has unveiled an electric prototype of the Wrangler.
- Jeep’s newest prototype, the Magneto, has 285 horsepower and can go from 0-60 in less than seven seconds.
- Although Jeep has not offered a mile range, the Magneto is powered by four lithium-ion battery packs.
- Jeep’s Magneto joins GM’s all-electric Hummer in offering battery-powered vehicles that can conquer the terrain.
