Alan Ohnsman of Forbes writes about Plug Power, which is ramping up green hydrogen production.
- Plug Power, who has historically been a purchaser of green hydrogen, is looking to become a seller of the clean fuel.
- The company is scaling up the production of green hydrogen which it will then sell to companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Walmart.
- Plug Power expects its sales to reach $20 billion by 2030 with daily hydrogen fuel production reaching 500 tons in 2025.

The company is also preparing to sell electrolyzers to customers including New Fortress Energy, billionaire investor and Milwaukee Bucks owner Wes Edens’ energy venture, for an industrial-scale hydrogen plant in Beaumont, Texas.”
