  • The resolution, which is sponsored by Rep. Troy Balderson (R-OH), would formally recognize natural gas a source of affordable and green energy.
  • The shift from coal to natural gas in America has led to the U.S. being a global leader in emissions reductions.
  • By exporting American natural gas globally to displace dirtier energy sources, the world could meaningfully reduce emissions and raise standards of living.
