- Last year NET Power announced that build the world’s first zero-emissions natural gas power plant in Odessa, Texas.
- The company has selected the San Antonio-based Zachry Group as its engineering firm, signaling that plant construction may begin soon.
- Private sector leadership is accelerating clean energy progress.
“NET Power already operates a demonstration plant for its technology in Texas. Design work for the larger plant is expected to be completed in 2024, according to the company. Target launch date is 2026.”
