California tries to pass the buck on Diablo Canyon

  • Regulators and policymakers in the state can meet climate goals and protect consumers by embracing a grid strategy that prioritizes reliability and emissions reductions, instead of emissions reductions only.
  • In order for any meaningful climate progress to occur, affordable and reliable energy must be a key priority.
