Bezos says space flight reinforced commitment to fighting climate change

Axios writes that Jeff Bezos’s commitment to fighting climate change has been reinforced by his flight to space.

  • Bezos’s Amazon has made significant environmental commitments, including becoming net-zero before mid-century.
  • The Bezos Earth Fund, which is worth $10 billion, has been used to fund different environmental groups.
  • In order to address climate change, we will need leadership from the private sector that accelerates the deployment of technologies that makes our environment cleaner.
