Darlington Nuclear Plant Will Get a BWRX-300 SMR as GE Hitachi Bags Lucrative OPG Selection

Sonal Patel of Power reports that Ontario’s Darlington nuclear plant will build a BWRX-300 SMR from GE Hitachi.

  • Ontario Power Generation will build a small modular reactor from GE Hitachi with the hopes of bringing the reactor online by 2028.
